Affects of Technology.

I think technology has affected everyone in many different ways. Take cell phones for instance.
I'm sure we're all aware of what cell phones are. We use them for calling people, texting, surfing the web, emergencies. Anything a cell phone can do is available for you. Cell phones make life just a bit easier, in my opinion. And for me, texting takes away my boredom. :]

But, technology can be used against us too. I know for a fact that there are people in this world who use the web to post mean and vulgar things. And that can affect us emotionally and physically. For example, emotions can be played with emotionally. People can post offending things that may hurt us or help us. And physically, the majority of this world spend too much time with their electronics that they don't pay attention on how it affects their bodies. It can prevent us from getting exercise because they spend too much time in front of the computer, or make us partially blind from staring at the t.v. too long.

How I'll Use My Technology Knowledge.

I don't know what I'm going to do with my knew found knowledge with technology. But I know I already used what has been taught to me before I entered this class. And I don't think I'm going to teach anybody what I've learned because the majority of people I know already know how to use technology.

My Weekend :D

My weekend was pretty mellow but fun at the same time. I missed my volleyball game to go to Seattle for my sister's baptism. My team lost because I wasn't there [just kidding :P]. And the other team we were playing against was totally rude. Even though i wasn't there my team mates told me what happened. The other team's coach said to my coach, "You can't coach." So that team basically lost our respect for them. Anyways, the drive from Portland to Seattle was six hours there and back. Then I went to church for a Bible/DVD presentation that night with a several of my friends :DDD I introduced them to my friends and family at church. [p.s. I have more people in my family than melissa! :P] The next day I went to church again for worship service and had choir practice after that.

HOW TECHNOLOGY HAS CHANGED MY LIFE.

Technology has changed my life in many ways. It has given me the chance to be able to surf the web and go on my favorite websites. It helps me look things up for school and keep in touch with far away friends and realtives. I can listen to music and watch movies. It has also been helpful in making my life a little bit easier.

Technology has become a part of my daily routine. I go home and watch t.v. Then I start up the laptop and surf the web and sign on to other websites. I can listen to music and watch movies on my ipod. Overall, technology pretty much takes up most of the time I spend my day with.
